~ Rescue ME

Isaiah 40:29-31

       Ruth Woman, as I was watching the movie TAKEN the main character played by Liam Neeson's daughter was abducted.  And her father promised to find her as the assailants drug her away from her hotel room and she loses connection with her father.  And as the movie progressed the FATHER took all kinds of measures to FIND his DAUGHTER. He wasn't looking for her only because she was HIS DAUGHTER. But because of HIS PROMISE/HIS WORD to HIS DAUGHTER that HE would come.  HE had to DO IT.

Like our GOD who can't lie HE IS COMING TO OUR RESCUE.

Nonetheless, at the end of the movie, he did find her and not without a GREAT EFFORT.  When the enemy comes in like a flood the LORD will raise up a standard against him.  And as the DAUGHTER realizes that the TROUBLE was OVER and she locked eyes with her FATHER she melted into HIS ARMS.  With tear filled eyes she said, "YOU CAME!" and he replied "DIDN'T I SAY THAT I WOULD". 

JEHOVAH GOD OUR FATHER has PROMISED to come to our RESCUE. HE has said that the RESCUE is in MOTION.  And just as PROMISED HE is coming STRONG on our behalf. HE already KNOWS what we have need of.  Let us reach upward towards HIS FACE as we give

REVERENCE to OUR HOLY GOD. 

GIVE HIM ADORATION

OH GLORY 

HALLELUJAH

GIVE HIM PRAISE !

FOR HE IS A MIGHTY GOD

 He gives power to the weak,
And to those who have no might He increases strength.
30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary,
And the young men shall utterly fall,
31 But those who wait on the Lord
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint.
