When We Share Sincerely . . .

When We Share Sincerely . . .
We can reach others right where they are.

Written By Alethea J. Brown

B4 I say goodnight.
Someone shared this title with me, "Starbucks Saved My Life." We never know where we might end up or who we will meet. There are "surprises", "suddenlies", "oh My Gods", "serendipity(s)" everywhere. People are experiencing them each moment of the day.
The moments don't have an identity, although they do manifest similar characteristics of the human.
They warm hearts, create smiles and change lives; they light the room even.
The moments even open up locked places that were meant to be protected and treasured forever. But now, they have very little value to us anymore. Yet, they still have a significance in our former lives (the past).
Thank you FB Friends and whatever you do, don’t stop sharing with your hearts, we never know when our moment will come.

Love and Gratitude,

Yours Truly,
Alethea J. Brown

p.s. You really do have a Master Key to my heart . . . because every time you share its opens up and I smile again and again.

A Refreshing Place . . . The Oasis Isaiah 40:28-31

A Refreshing Place . . . The Oasis

Isaiah 40:28-31

If He is the Living Word, then there will never be any (hunger) for ANYTHING. What do you need?
What do you want?
Then why act in desperation, as if there is no Provision. Hold on and keep your eye on The Redeemer, Provider, The Rich Ruler, Awesome God, Faithful Father who always takes care of His Daughter and His Grandchildren.
Fret not yourselves because of evil, for it will be soon be cut off. And you will be in a place and wondering, "How I got over? ) Rejoice there is an Outstretched Hand that is Able to exceedingly above all that we can ask or think!

Yes God !!

Single Moms we need help in all these daily tasks ~ But there is none like the Hand of the Almighty who comes strong to our aid. Reach out to Him with your heart asking Him to heal those places where we were wronged. Let's ask Him to help us in the areas when we hurt someone.
His Strength can lift you up from Low Places, reach and take you to His High Places, keep you from harm when danger is near. We have the Best Help, although a mate seems better, "They that wait shall renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31)." There is a refreshing needed before you get into a new (place or relationships with people). There is no one who can wine and dine you like our Father.

God, You Know Me And That Is All That Matters

God, You Know Me And That Is All That Matters

Did you want to impress someone?
Don't bother, it won't even matter.
God has everything under His control.
He understands exactly what we are, who we are, what we need, where we should live, and all the unnecessary details.
Being who you are is not difficult, it ought to come natural.
The mask, facades, all the coverings will be removed and the real person will be revealed.
So don't hide, instead shine.
Who you are has been determined by God, and it's good, as long as He is in control of the developmental process.
So there is no need to hide, God is watching
every move you make and every step that you take.
He is there.

Psalm 139

1O lord, You have searched me, and known me.

2You know my down sitting and mine uprising, You understand my thoughts afar off.

3You compasses my path and my lying down, and You are acquainted with all my ways.

4For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, You know it altogether.

5You have beset me behind and before, and laid Your Hand on me.

6Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.

7Whither I go from Your Spirit? or whither I flee from Your Presence?

8If I ascend up into heaven, You are there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there.

9If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;

10Even there shall Your Hand lead me, and Your Right Hand shall hold me.

11If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.

12The darkness hides not from You; but the night shines as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to You.

13For You have possessed my reins: You have covered me in my mother's womb.

14I will praise You; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are Your Works; and that my soul knows right well.

My Floral Arrangement

Thanksgiving Dinner arrangement that I created. I had the opportunity to meet two lovely ladies at Garden Ridge Pottery during the weekend. They both spent a nice amount of time helping me to select the flowers, and stuff.
It turned out really nice.

Special shout out to Corliss and a lil lady I'm naming "Gayle" .

MUSIC
M.essages U.sed S.pecifically I.n C.risis

Have you ever been in a crisis, and all of a sudden you could hear a favorite tune?
It must have been an angel that whispered the song.
The message is clear to me in the song. Each sentence, every note, the melody was created for this moment in time. And now I am singing instead of worrying. How wonderful was it that a writer sat down and followed his heart and now it is healing mine. The place or time that it was penned is insignificant, but every note, bar, the key, and all the words were written just for me. There were tough times, but I thank God for the messages that were used specifically for me in crisis.
A writer wrote, It Is Well; when peace like a river attended my way, when sorrow like sea billows roll, whatever my lot, He has taught me to say, it is well, it is well with my soul. It is the peace and certainty that surrounds me during difficult times, while singing this song, that encourages patience, comfort and the reassurance that everything would be okay. There has always been a message for my crisis, they were already experienced and well written.
Sing, hum, whistle even if it is way out of tune, then comes the "Son", to heal whatever hurts.

Yours Truly,

Alethea J Brown

Joy . . . With You In Mind

Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

Psalm 16:11

Joy . . . With You In Mind

I can't resist the opportunity to encourage you to find a place of joy.
There are so many things that we could find that we
could be sad about.
But I rejoice today, because
God loves us so much.

Find a place of joy, before the holidays begin.
Create each day with your heart, in spite of your circumstances.
Embrace your children with everything in you.
Give them your best, which is happiness.
They will remember that, and then the meal that you prepare with your hands.
Joy how do you define it?
What do you do to find it?
Where will you go, looking for it ?
It is where you are.
Share i t today !

Today I read an article by Martha Beck in O Magazine. It was about

"The Art of Perfect Timing".

We can't force it.

There is an ordained time for events to happen in our lives. And when we elect to honor our spirit
(or acknowledge) the Holy Spirit, things happen.

I say, "It's like
serendipity : )

Ooohhh, I love that feeling of relinquishing, letting go, and letting God.

(really letting God)

Great things happen.

Thanks
Yours Truly,

Alethea

CANCER AWARENESS

Hello, I just wanted to take a moment and say,

"you are being thought of dear Cancer Survivors", and family to those who lost the battle.
There is so much emphasis during the month of October, but I understand that this is an everyday fight for you.

. . . Don't Wimp Out!
Isaiah 40:29-31

Fight with every fiber of your being.

I just wanted to let you know that I am praying for you and am asking God's Comfort, during your walk through.

You Were Nothing, Until You Met Him

But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

Isaiah 64:6

You Were Nothing, Until You Met Him

Now you are wearing Jimmy Choo,
Gucci
Prada,
Marc Jacobs
on your pretty manicured feet.
You Hold your head up high and not to see Him and His Glory,
but to avoid seeing those that might remind you of who you were,
as you step over them.
You Were Nothing, Until You Met Him
Your hands are delicate yes, and really pretty too.
You've chosen beautiful colors, and rich hues of paint, and have adorned your hands with bold jewelry.
But they are too precious to even reach for Him,
Massage Him,
Caress Him,
Hold Him,
in all of His Strength and Might.

You Were Nothing, Until You Met Him

Your delicate lips are shaded with rich tones for a queen,
glistening with the shades of rubies, sapphires, diamonds, golds, and bronze.
And you don't say kind things to Him,
smile at Him,
call Him
talk to Him
laugh with Him
You won't even Kiss Him.

You Were Nothing, Until You Met Him

You were
Broken,
torn,
ragged,
hurt,
abused,
misused,
tattered
ashamed,
worthless,
and sad
nothing
until
you
met
Him.
But now you are
One with Him,
inspired,
restored,
refreshed,
Daughter of Destiny
rich,
princesses,
queens
fearfully and wonderfully made

All

from

nothing.

What A Creation !!!

Then Miriam the prophetess, sister of Aaron, took the timbrel in her hand; and all the women went out after her with timbrels and with dances.

Exodus 15:20

Will You Dance For Him?

You've already entered His Room,
waiting anxiously for His Arrival.
Your heart is beating fast, pulse racing, thoughts are rapid throughout your head;
you are waiting to dance for Him.
It's all new;
dancing before Him.
Which dance will you offer as a sacrifice ?
Will He love you more or at all?
Will you wave a banner of victory?
Or will you wear sackcloth of shame?
Will you run and jump as you praise His Awesome and Magnificent Name?

Every fiber of your existence is because of Him
You move and follow His Heart as a Master of Dance.
You sway and bow and bend toward to earth, like a palm in a storm
For every movement, He asks you for more and more.
Your hearts desire is to give Him all of you,
each time that He asks.
You know that you are no longer your own as you dance before Him,
dressed in your fine, white silks, and linens
You are as One Spirit, as you rush towards freedom in Him

Woman! You Dance !

Dance with everything that you've got
Go before Him and give Him your all
Offer Him a dance that is
daring,
powerful
bold
and beautiful
unashamed of who He has called you to be with Him.
A dance to
recover
uproot
refresh
fill up
to challenge
You are His and there will never be another like Him
Give Him
your all
your everything,

Dance Woman!

I command you to Dance before Him!

When Was The Last Time That You Let Him Touch You ?

For thus said the LORD of hosts, after his glory sent me to the nations who plundered you, for he who touches you touches the apple of his eye:

Zechariah 2:8

When was the last time that you let Him touch you?
When you wake up in the morning, and He reaches for you,
You are up and out of bed, attending to the things of the day
never looking back,
Now you are in the middle of your day
and He stops by for lunch, desiring to enjoy one intimate moment with you,
And you tell Him, while in a hurry, "I'm sorry, not today
I just don't have the time." "I have meetings, required deadlines and mandatory overtime."
He so loves you and
is wanting to touch you,
your mouth,
your hands,
your feet.

He wants to caress your heart,
gently rub your hair and your skin.
It reminds Him of the day you met,
the moment He first touched you.
He massaged and molded the tender most part of a man to create you,
And He has stood by your side all this time,
and you won't let Him touch you.
He wants your tenderness
He needs your heart
He savors the times,
that you've reached for Him
He is even better when you desire to touch Him
His masculine touch is what you've needed.
If you would only submit for just a moment to enjoy what He has created.
It's soothing,
It's loving,
It's tender
It's healing,
It's restoration,
It's healing,
It's relaxing
It's all you need as His woman,
He has created you to be sensitive to His touch,
It will make you new again.
Let Him touch you. . . right there.

"Does HE ignite a fire in you?" . . . HE should

Psalm 104

1Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, you are very great; you are clothed with Honor and Majesty.
2Who covers yourself with light as with a garment: who stretches out the heavens like a curtain:
3Who lays the beams of His chambers in the waters: who makes the clouds his chariot: who walks upon the wings of the wind:
4Who makes His angels spirits; His ministers a flaming fire:
5Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.

Psalms 104 1-5
NKJV
Does He ignite a fire in you,
When He demands you to kneel and bow before Him in all of His Majesty and Glory to Honor Him?
Does He ignite a fire in you,
When He commands that you lay prostrate before Him in His Chamber of Prayer while He ministers to your broken and contrite heart?
Does He ignite a fire in you,
When He asks you to walk towards Him, with your eyes affixed on no one except Him, telling you that you are His and that forever He will reign as King in your life?

Does He ignite a fire in you,

When He hides you in the cleft of a rock, to protect you and fight on your behalf like a soldier in a great army?
Does He ignite a fire in you,
When He leans down in all of His Greatness and whispers in your ear and tells you that you are His Daughter and that you are destined for greatness?
Does He ignite a fire in you,
When He touches the deepest places of your soul and constantly reassures you of His Unfailing Love, Power, and Everlasting Love for you?
He is Awesome in all of His Ways
He is The Lord of Lord and King of Kings to the women
and men who will receive Him
He is our Royal Majesty, let Him reign
Because there is none who is worthy of such praise.
Ladies, when we are honoring God, it teaches how to speak and minister to the men in our lives.
Yes, He should ignite a fire,
and
we should always keep the fire burning

Are You His Lazy Love ( r ) ?

O God. Thou my God; early will I seek thee; my soul thirsts for You, my flesh longs for You in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is; to see Your power and You glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.

Psalms 63: 1,2

He enters the room in all of His Glory, His Awesomeness, His Power and Might
And He reaches for you, wanting to embrace you, to touch you, to caress you, and hold you in His Arms.
He cradles you, reassuring you of His Protection, and Everlasting Love; saying that He will always love you.

Do you tell Him who He is to you.
Speak the words of your heart, reaffirm Him.

Its three o’clock in the morning, and He gently touches you on your shoulder, wanting to spend quality time with you.
Do you gladly arise with tenderness, and anticipation to prepare, with fragrant oils and frankincense, myrrh
Put on your finest robe of silk
And anxiously await knowing that He never fails
His Love is sweeter than honey
And that He is wanting you to tell Him that He is Faithful,
That He is Awesome,
And Strong
There is no one like Him
You will never leave Him
That you can’t make it without Him
You need Him
You love Him
Tell Him
That He’s such a Great Provider
That you appreciate Him

Tell Him that you are who you are because of Him
When He leaves that you can’t wait for His return
Because He gives you Balance and Peace

Has "He" Seen You Naked?

And he said, Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten of the tree, that I commanded that you should not eat?
Genesis 3:11

Single Mothers,
where were you when He first saw you naked?
Did you try to hide?
Did you cover yourself with the branches, or cloth?
There is no longer a reason
to be ashamed.
God wants to see you naked before Him.
He wants to see you exposed, bare, and natural.
Don't be afraid to let Him see you.
He made us and He knows us inside out.
If we would just consult Him about our true naked selves, He could love us and teach us to be more confident in Him.
He is our Creator, He can heal us.
Show Him the scars, and bruises of life.
Tell Him how they hurt, and ask Him to cover you with His blood.
God is such a loving God, that He will touch, and He will heal all of those hurting places.
Take off, shame
Take off disappointments
Take off anger,
hurt,
your whoreish ways,
profanity,
worry,
fear,
burdens,
excessive drinking
abuse
take off self destruction
take off stress
take off the old and put on the new.
Go ahead, strip, take it off ,
Take it all off.
